Industrial & commercial roofing and cladding

Industrial roofing and cladding for warehouses, factories, workshops and retail units: Delta 5 roofs to 150 mm, Star and Wall Design hidden-fix walls, mineral wool where the fire strategy needs A2-s1,d0 or EI ratings, and Dryclamp where the roof will carry solar.

Roof

Delta 5 at 80–120 mm is the standard industrial roof panel: 0.27–0.18 W/m²K, B-s1,d0 with a PIR core from 100 mm, REI30, BRoof(t3). For flat roofs under a membrane, Kappa 5 Deck or Sigma.

Walls and facade

Star (vertical) or Wall Design (horizontal) give a clean hidden-fix elevation; Onda adds a wave profile for the front of house; Airfix carries a rainscreen without drilling the panel.

Fire and solar

Where the fire consultant asks for non-combustible, Fibermet walls (EI120–EI180) and Lithos 5 roofs (REI120). Where the roof will carry PV, Dryclamp clamps the modules to the rib with no penetrations.

Industrial & commercial roofing and cladding questions

What fire class do industrial panels need in Ireland?

[DRAFT: confirm with client] It depends on the building's fire strategy and TGD Part B; insurers often ask for B-s1,d0 or better on PIR, or A2-s1,d0 mineral wool for compartment walls. We can supply either and provide the certificates.
