Techtum roof panel for precast concrete buildings
Techtum is an insulated roof panel for precast concrete buildings with prestressed wing beams. Its thickness varies along the panel, from 40 to 130 mm, in a truss-like section that gives the roof extra strength while leaving a flat underside.

About the Techtum roof panel for precast concrete buildings
That flat soffit lets sprinklers be positioned properly under the roof without extra ceilings. Standard panels are 3300 mm long for a 3000 mm span, with lengths up to 5500 mm on request. The roof is walkable between pitches and can take solar panels, smoke vents and rooflights. It also fits steel and laminated timber frames.
